African Dwarf Frog help!?

so, i thought it was a fungus on my frog's leg, but i find out today that it is decay :( his leg is like falling off halfway down the calf of his leg. its wiggling when he swims and is hanging on by a thread. what should i do? its holding him back from swimming as well as he should
