My tooth has been loose for a long time and still wont come out?

My tooth has been loose since about January now, and it wont get any looser than it already is... its starting to bother my mouth, and hurt, i've tried making a dentist appoitment but they cant see me until July and i cant wait that long , The tooth is also not really loose but loose enough i can wiggle it a tiny bit, HOW DO I GET IT OUT?!
