My breasts have been hurting?

Someone cupped their hands around them and violently wiggled them about 4-5 days ago. It was at night, but I didn't feel it til the next morning and it still hurts, although it may have gotten a little better, but still not back to normal. They're A-cupped and I'm 19. I guess I'm just wondering if it's going to be okay or not (like if this may mean something), or if anyone's had a similar experience and what happened. Thanks.
