How can I watch blacked out baseball games?

I live right on a state border, but not in the state of my team. I am not allowed to have directv in my complex, and cable does not carry the fox sports channel with my team. Furthermore, mlb.tv blacks out my team in my area. Is there a way I can change my IPA so that I can subscribe to MLB.tv or a place on the web where I can watch my team?
